We have great faith in the quality of all products that we send out. However, if your product arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase in any way then please contact us via the contact form on the website. We will get back to you quickly and do our utmost to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Shipping

We only ship to the United Kingdom.

On order we design, print and package your cards prior to shipping. We generally complete this within 24 hours of order. However, if your order is urgent then please mention this in the notes when placing the order and we will try to get it out as quickly as possible.

Standard delivery is via 2nd class Royal Mail totally free of charge. 1st Class Royal Mail can be chosen as an option for an extra £0.50 per order.
